INGREDIENTS:

– 29g (3) Sugar free choc chip cookies (Gullon)

– 10g Vegan protein powder (Petite Protein vanilla flavour)

– 10g Coconut flour (Planet Food)

– 70mls Unsweetened almond milk (Blue Diamond)

– 10g Baking Stevia

– ¼ Tsp baking powder

METHOD:

  1. Crush two of the cookies roughly and place into a mug.
  2. Add the protein powder, coconut flour, almond milk, stevia and baking powder to the cookies and mix together. 
  3. Microwave the cake for 60-90 seconds.
  4. Remove, allow to cool and add the crushed cookie.
