INGREDIENTS:
– 29g (3) Sugar free choc chip cookies (Gullon)
– 10g Vegan protein powder (Petite Protein vanilla flavour)
– 10g Coconut flour (Planet Food)
– 70mls Unsweetened almond milk (Blue Diamond)
– 10g Baking Stevia
– ¼ Tsp baking powder
METHOD:
- Crush two of the cookies roughly and place into a mug.
- Add the protein powder, coconut flour, almond milk, stevia and baking powder to the cookies and mix together.
- Microwave the cake for 60-90 seconds.
- Remove, allow to cool and add the crushed cookie.
