TURN YOUR PROTEIN INTO A LOW CALORIE DESSERT!

• 20g protein
• 50mls of water 
• 10-15g of melted sugar free or DF chocolate (optional)
• 50-100g of a low cal yoghurt or light coconut cream (DF) 
• Add in some stevia for sweetness, or a low cal topping

My favourite low cal topping is Natvia ‘Salty caramel topping’. It is a low cal topping made with stevia and is found at Coles.

 

ICED MOCHA LONG BLACK

• Double shot long black coffee
• Stevia to taste
• Dash of cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
• Handful of ice and some water

Blend altogether and serve cold!

Sugar free zooper doopers are sold at Woolworths and Coles and are super low calorie. You can also find sugar free icy poles made from stevia and no artificial sugars.

MAKE YOUR DRESSINGS LOWER CALORIE!


Sauces and dressing can be adding extra cals to your meals and may be blowing your calories for the day.
